Hello! I am a Registered Dietitian and a Sports Scientist with a Medical Honors degree in Nutrition and Dietetics from University of Cape Town. I have a Bachelor of Science degree in Sport Science from the University of Stellenbosch.
I combine my two passions – sport and food into what I do for a living. I am in private practice at Constantia Sports Medicine Centre and growing my business steadily. I am happy to be my own boss! I am founder and owner of Food For Sport, a brand that has sound nutrition principles at its core.
This has evolved through a website, workshops and talks, consultation with industry, working with sports teams and individuals, gyms and schools. I am focused on taking correct nutrition information to where it is needed and putting it into practice.
I am a committee member of the Western Cape Association for Dieticians South Africa (ADSA) and responsible for continuing the professional development portfolio.

Klein Olyvensbosch, a local farm just outside of Cape Town.
What I order 9 times out of 10 when dining out:
I never order the same thing and it is usually something odd or new – I am a big fan of head to tail cooking so sweetbreads, livers, tails or cheeks if they are on the menu!
