I am from Ireland, and I obtained my BSc in Human Nutrition and Dietetics, awarded by the University of Chester, in 2009.
In 2011 I completed a PGCert in Sport and Exercise Nutrition in the University of Coventry. I’ve been very fortunate that I’ve been able to work in Wales, New Zealand and Ireland. I’ve been involved in diabetes research looking at putting people with type one diabetes on a low carbohydrate diet. I’ve presented at national conferences, and developed my own weight loss education program.
My passion for nutrition is equal to that of my love for food itself. I’ve just returned from a 6 month trip around the world where I got to eat many wonderful things of which included ginuea pig, lama and truly giant prawns!
After 6 years, I’ve left working the hospital to pursue my dream of running my own nutrition business.
I hope that my knowledge and skills will help to enrich people’s lives so that they can lead healthier and more fulfilling lives.

Weight management, IBS, diabetes and sports nutrition, pre/post natal.

Travelling, eating, cooking, and trying (but failing!) to learn Telugu.
