I started my Pilates journey at the age of 18 and became certified in Mat and Reformer in 2008. I continued my Pilates education and bridged from contemporary to Classical/Original Pilates by way of a comprehensive apprenticeship at PURE Pilates Dubai under Susanna Foustok, who is a graduate of The Work, which is directed under 1st generation teacher Jay Grimes.
